ASYLUM

If you are seeking asylum because you fear persecution in your native country based on your
race, religion, nationality, political opinion, or your particular social group, then you are eligible
to apply for asylum in the United States.

 

Our office can prepare you with this application before the Immigration Judge and/or Asylum Officer.

SPECIAL IMMIGRANT JUVENILE STATUS (“SIJS”)

If you are seeking legal status based on Special Immigrant Juvenile Status, as a result of being abandoned, neglected, or abused by either of your parents, our office can help you.

 

This is a special law that protects certain undocumented children and teenagers. 

HUMANITARIAN RELIEF

(U-VISA, T-VISA, VAWA)

If you are seeking legal status based on humanitarian circumstances, such as a U-Visa status based on being a victim of a crime, VAWA relief as a victim of domestic abuse, or a T-Visa based on being a victim of trafficking, you can receive help with legal counseling, preparation, and submission of your case with the government.

FAMILY BASED IMMIGRATION

 

 

If you are seeking to file a petition on behalf of a spouse, parent, child, or sibling, you can receive legal counseling and help with preparing your case.

CANCELLATION OF REMOVAL

If you are in removal proceedings and are seeking to remain in the United States based on Cancellation of Removal, we can help you.

 

In order to apply for this program, you must prove 10 years of continuous physical presence in the United States, demonstrate good moral character, and exceptional and extremely unusual hardship to your U.S. Citizen or lawful permanent resident spouse, parent, or child, among other things. 

WAIVERS

 

 

If you are blocked from obtaining legal status due to your undocumented status, a past deportation, criminal history, or other issues that makes you barred from entering the U.S., you can file for a waiver which will legally clear you to come into the United States either permanently or temporarily.

CONSULAR PROCESS

 

 

If you are applying for a visa that needs to go through a U.S. consulate, you can receive guidance for your consular interview, help with submitting documentation, and assistance with preparing and submitting the necessary forms.

NATURALIZATION

 

 

If you are seeking to become a naturalized citizen of the United States, you can discuss your options, receive counseling, and guidance through the entire application process.

BRIEF SERVICES

 

 

If you have any existing immigration documents which need to be requested or renewed, such as a green card, advance parole for travel, or a work permit, these can be submitted for renewal within 24 hours.
